Ameedah Diaab Abdullah- is a Certified Peer Specialist in Georgia, dedicated to supporting individuals with lived experiences of mental health challenges. A graduate of Georgia State University. Ameedah actively engages with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and serves as a speaker at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center, where she educates law enforcement on crisis intervention strategies. As the author of Poetic Perspectives on Faith and Healing, she shares powerful insights from her personal journey and advocates for holistic health as a path to healing. Ameedah brings her passion for education and empowerment to Al Mu’minun’s Health and Wellness Committee, offering expertise in mental health advocacy, public speaking, and holistic wellness practices to inspire and support the community
